Announced back on the 22nd November, Square Enix has revealed three, yes three new expansion packs for Final Fantasy XI with the first one being released in early 2009.

Although not full fledged expansions like Wings of the Goddess, these three new expansions will feature new storylines on exsisting stories and, from the looks of things, actually include a story of the young boy and girl from the opening movie of the game.
